Complaints Procedure

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please send your complaint in writing to info@deshwal.co.uk.

We will acknowledge receipt within a reasonable timeframe and review the matter promptly. We may contact you if we need further information in order to investigate your concerns.

We will provide a substantive response once our review is complete. Where appropriate, we will explain the outcome and any next steps.

If you remain dissatisfied after our response, you may be able to refer the matter to ACCA.
